“This stunning book is something of a departure for bestselling thriller writer Mackintosh, who questions what it costs to stand up for what you believe in.” —Daily Mail (UK) “Clare Mackintosh’s After the End is absolutely compulsive reading, a heart-pounding family story with a child’s life in the : Penguin Publishing Group. Clare Macintosh is a hugely talented author who keeps you totally engrossed in the lives of her characters. A day after finishing this book I'm still thinking about it. I wish I could give this book more than five stars.
